PPLRRG appreciates that allegations of medical malpractice can create a stressful and potentially confusing situation for medical care providers. As part of our commitment to defend claims for our members, we have proudly partnered with Western Litigation, Inc. (“WLI”) to manage the claims process. WLI is known as the most experienced and leading health care claims administrator in the United States. WLI utilizes experienced attorneys and staff to successfully manage claims. As part of its partnership with PPLRRG, WLI will manage incidents and pre-suits and attempt to resolve matters in an expedited fashion. When a claim is imminent, WLI will work with our members throughout the claims process to evaluate the claim allegations, retain outside counsel to represent members when an action arises, and work with outside counsel to ensure that a thorough evaluation and satisfactory resolution of a claim occurs.
